My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms initially seemed small for two people, lacking floor space, but after addressing this concern, I was pleasantly surprised with a spacious setup featuring two rooms and two bathrooms. The service, especially from Mehmet and Talip, was outstanding, going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The location was great, within walking distance of major attractions, though it might be too crowded for some. The dining experience was superb, offering delicious meals, but it was not free. Despite some initial room issues, the hotel staff's exceptional service and the convenient location made my stay enjoyable overall.
The hotel's rooms, although clean and always tidy, lacked windows for fresh air and appeared smaller than expected in pictures. The service from the staff, especially Yildiray Asci and Cigdem, was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to major historical sites like the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, and Hagia Sophia. The dining experience offered a rich variety of delicious international dishes, including the amazing Penne Arabta. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and accommodating.
